At-home Treatment for Strep Throat

  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Gargle with warm salt water.
  • Try OTC pain relievers or throat lozenges.
  • Get plenty of rest and quality sleep.
  • Use a humidifier to increase moisture in the air.
